² “^[a]Like a lily among the thorns,
So is ^(A)my darling among the daughters.”

³ “^[b]Like an ^[c](B)apple tree among the trees of the forest,
So is my beloved among the sons.
In his shade I had great desire and sat down,
And his ^(C)fruit was sweet to my ^[d]taste.
⁴ He has ^(D)brought me to his ^[e]house of banqueting,
And his ^(E)banner over me is love.
